Fill-injector F50 for EPS and EPP
Our fill-injectors are particularly characterized by a low air consumption and high reliability.
The large open internal diameter allows easy processing of low densities and materials with a large bead diameter.
Upon request we supply the injectors as a combined version for both the processing of EPS with correspondingly reduced filling air as well as for the processing of EPP. The Viton seals and the wear-resistant PTFE gasket on the piston providing low maintenance costs and trouble-free operation in daily production.
With multiple options, we adjust our injectors perfectly to your needs:
- Depth 300mm, 400mm or 500mm
- fill-tip 15mm, 16mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, other sizes upon request
- closing piston 12mm, 16mm, 20mm
- adjustment to reduce filling-air by 50%
- wear-resistant PTFE gasket on the closing piston
- large open internal diameter for the processing of low-density suitable
- optional anti-rotation
- optional integrated ejection function
- 2 or 3 air connections (Open, Close, Filling Air)
- vaporized fill-tip for the processing of EPP
- large 1 inch material connection, connection of different hoses with quick coupling
